Making Moon Water
Moon water is simply water that's been left out under moonlight — most often the full moon, though water can be made under any phase to match that phase's intention. Set a clear bowl or jar of water outside (a windowsill works if you don't have easy outdoor access) overnight, ideally somewhere it can actually see the sky. Bring it in before sunrise.
Some practitioners charge it with a specific intention as they set it out — a few words about what they want the water to carry — while others simply let the moonlight itself be the point. Use it to water plants, add a few drops to a bath, anoint candles before a working, or simply keep a small jar on your altar until the next full moon.
Worth knowing: if you plan to drink it, use water that was already drinking-safe before it went outside — moonlight doesn't purify water, it's simply charging water that was already fine to begin with.
